At Lajeunesse Interiors we provide and install commercial specialties products such as toilet compartments & accessories, lockers, operable walls, window treatments and gymnasium equipment to name a few.
We provide services to over 50 general contractors in Vermont and NH, as well as hospitals, schools, and industrial facilities.
The Project Coordinator is a key position in recording documentation, customer service, and creating product information for the submittal process.
A Project Coordinators
job responsibilities include but not limited to:
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Provide high quality customer service to all customers and businesses.
Set up all customer jobs in QuickBooks and Current Job spreadsheet.
Create and submit product literature and shop drawings for all current jobs.
Daily recording of employee time sheets, contracts, orders, order confirmations, shipping details etc….
Provide assistance directly to the President of the company when needed.
Enter vendor invoices in QuickBooks.
Provide Closeout documentation for jobs.
*KEY COMPETENCIES*
· Previous experience in an office environment
· Strong organizational skills
· Detailed orientated.
· Must be a team player.
· Must work well unsupervised and be self-motivated.
· Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· QuickBooks and Bluebeam Revu software are helpful but willing to train.
