Antique Porcelain Teacup & Saucer.
Exquisite, delicate craftsmanship.
Perfect for the collector.
The cup features pretty "fluting" and has a graceful foot, and an elaborate handle.
The saucer is also slightly fluted, and has a very pretty pattern around the edge.
I believe this to be an authentic antique, it was purchased at a reputable antique shop in New York around 1967.
The picture is not good, except to show the shape, but it is pure white and beautiful.
The cup is 4" in diameter and stands 2 1/4" tall and including the pretty foot.
The saucer is 6 1/4" in diameter, and also has a slight foot.
Cup has Mark on bottom says: "Hutschenreuther Gelb.
" Then there is a lion and "L.
H.
S ", then "Bavaria Germany Sylvia".
Perfect.
No cracks or chips or crazing visible.
Very ornate.
Lip is unglazed.
