If you're looking at this listing you probably already know that these are some very sought after machines that can sell for $1500 and more with the pressure gauge, which this machine does not have.
However, they are available online for about $50 and look to be fairlytrivial to install.
The gauge isn't really needed, but I believe helps to make sure that you're applying the correct amount of pressure to the lever for optimal brewing.
That said, when I used it to try it out I was able to get an excellent cup of Espresso with beautiful crema.
Frothing the milk to turn my cup of espresso into a great tasting Cappuccino was similarly easy.
I simply looked up how to use the machine online and encountered no issues following the instructions.
The manufacturer of this machine is mentioned in the Wikipedia article on Espresso and has apparently been in business since the dawn of Espresso making.
I'm including the link for your convenience if you would like to check it out.

All the accessories pictured are included.
I do not know what the specific use for the piece with the clear tubing is, but it connects where the chromed steam tube attaches to the machine and I assume it provides a different way to steam milk, but don't know what difference it might make when compared to using the all metal nozzle.
When I inspected and tested the machine prior to listing it, I noticed that the o-rings where the steamer attachment connects were not in great shape and replaced them.
I'll include the remainder of the package of o-rings for your convenience down the road.
I didn't have any Espresso grind available when I tested the machine, but I brought it up to pressure and there were no leaks of any kind.
There appears to be only one tiny little nick in the chrome plating and I've included a close-up of it in the pictures I took.
Otherwise it appears in near perfect condition to me.
My parents brought this machine back from Italy on one of the regular trips they used to take there at least 2 decades ago, but the machine has seen very little use and is in excellent shape given its age.
I would consider it in almost like new condition, but went with excellent in the posting details to make sure I wasn't overstating things.
I would guess that it has been used to brew perhaps a 1/2 dozen cups of Espresso/Cappuccino.
I've included a picture of the label on the bottom of the machine in case it helps to date it more exactly or to provide any other information one might be able to deduce from it.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions I might be able to answer.
Thank you for looking.
