I am going through very bad divorce and no justice, I have to sell the store, I was going to demolish the store and build new one and new pump.
But the court said I have to sell, I was approached by Sunoco just last week to do the whole store all new and I don't spend a dime, I told them I can't I have to sell the store, They told me, What nice Location.
I got approached by another company to do a deal with supermarket gas deal, I told everyone I can't I have to sell.

Here at the North Kingdoms, Derby is such money maker, We got it all, Lakes everywhere, Camp ground, Fishing, Hunting, Snowmobile, Ice Fishing, People's come from everywhere in the summer, Let's don't forget the Canadian all year long, I have 2 Border 1 large for trucks and small cars also, plus we have another border close to me for small cars, Which the Canadian drive to my store to buy Gas, Because is cheaper in USA,, So is cheaper for them and they save much money, It's very funny we buy the gas from them.
And they buy it from us.
Also I got 2 Snowmobile trail cross the street from me, Big money maker, all the rich people's have fun in the winter, Money no problem for them, They spend it like nothing, That is why I have everything's for their need, Winter Gloves, Pajama, Socks, Hand warmer, Body warmer, belt for snow mobile, Oil for their Skidoo.
who ever is going to by this location, Has to have diesel at all times, Because a lots of tourist buses use Diesel and when they fell it they cost them $400.

00 to fill it, And it take a while to fill it, So the tourist get off the Bus and you see 50 people's inside the store shopping.
Also Kerosene is very Essential for people's living in the area use a lots of kerosene in the winter , The store surrounded with a lots of houses everywhere.
I don't have have no contract with any one and I buy my gas, Kero, Diesel from any one who give me the best price.
I own everything.
We also have old cars show, Every year.
Also Don't forget July 4th, we have a parade every year run in front of the store for 3 hours, You will see people's come to the store to reserve a place in front of the store, It's huge
