For sale is the 2022 Keystone Hideout Bunk House Travel Trailer that's 31' and sleeps up to 6-8 people.
*Also has upgraded cold weather package.
I bought this new in May of 2022 for almost $40,000 and it's in excellent condition.
I moved north in 2023 so looking to sell the RV and you would also get the rights to the seasonal spot I have at Malletts Bay Campground in Colchester.
*I had Xfinity hooked up for private wi-fi last summer but you would also have use of the campgrounds free wi-fi if you wanted.
*Great neighbors and fun location! I also bought a 20' x 10' deck which comes with it as well.
I had professionally winterized last October.
The location is "B4" when looking at the map in the pictures.
Also has a picnic table on the premises as well as plenty of shade with trees around.
But if it's sun you want in the Summer there's plenty of that too with the inground pool just 7 sites away or so.
There's also a beach, restaurant, store and park as well.
The seasonal spot goes from May 1st to October 15th and was $4,000 for the season last year.
Because I moved I AirBnb'd the RV for the final 3 months of the season last year and made over $12,000.
That also left me many days here and there where I could still use it myself as well.
If AirBnb'ing for the entire 5 1/2 months you should easily be able to take in $20,000 so you could pay for the RV in literally a season and a half.
Selling for $31,500 which is just under what I currently owe on the loan.
I'm looking to buy another property and need to free up some monthly debt which is the reason why I'm selling.
This includes the 20' x 10' deck and cover I bought as well.
I also upgraded the shower head to a better and higher one.
Also includes the firepit, BBQ, outside lighting, furniture, TV, silverware, bedding, etc.
