La-Z-Boy Sofa - $195 (Albany)

Comfortable, lightly used, La-Z-Boy Sofa.
Dark brown corduroy, no spots, only (1) small puncture in the front bottom (see photo).
Size - 83" wide, 38" deep, cushions sit at 20" height from floor.
We purchased this from a non-smoking/no pets home, unfortunately it is too large for our upstairs apartment stairwell.
The cushions are removable and washable; already cleaned.
