*Key Duties:*
* Direct Patient Support: Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Ensure patients are comfortable and their needs are met.
* Vital Signs Monitoring: Routinely record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
* Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with RNs and other healthcare team members regarding patient conditions and needs.
* Meal Assistance: Help patients with meals, including feeding those who may have difficulty eating independently.
* Environment Upkeep: Keep patients' living areas clean and assist with changing bed linens.
* Documentation: Document care provided, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Patient Transfers: Safely move patients between beds, wheelchairs, and other areas, using proper lifting techniques.
Candidates should possess a valid CNA certification, a genuine passion for patient care, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
