Restorative LNA

Franklin County Rehab Center is a 64 bed skilled nursing facility.
We provide short term rehabilitation and long term services.
Our mission at Franklin County Rehab Center is to provide quality care for residents and a meaningful job experience for all employees.
This is a full time, every other weekend position with the hours being 7am-3:30pm.
*Job Description:* * Work as a team to ensure that all resident needs are met.
* Work in collaboration with physical and occupational therapy for training.
* Participate in monthly meetings with all restorative LNA’s and restorative nurse.
* Document appropriately within the EMR * Work with residents who are on a restorative program to provide restorative care delegated by the therapy care plan.
* Maintain highest level of function to include range of motion, bed mobility, transfers, dressing, splint assistance, amputation and prosthesis care, feeding/swallowing, communication, walking, and restorative dining.
*Job Requirements:* * Must possess current state of Vermont nursing assistant license.
* Must possess willingness to work as a team with professional and non-professional personnel and resident families.
* Must be able to accept and learn from constructive feedback provided by supervisory staff on unit and within facility.
* Ability to communicate effectively with sensitivity towards residents and their families, other staff members and facility visitors.
* Must be available to work every other weekend.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.
