- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or clinical assistant is a plus BUT we are willing to train motivated candidate.
This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Dr.
, office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Schedule patients and verify insurance benefits
- Greet patients
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Skills:
- Experience working in a dental/medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using dental/medical software
- Knowledge of dental/medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: $35,360.
