RN - Ambulatory

Responsibilities: - Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles - Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop personalized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes - Educate patients and their families about disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting - Proficient in IV insertion, catheterization, and other nursing procedures - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth - Experience in specialized areas such as Hospice Palliative Medicine, ICU, ER, PACU etc.
