Assistant Director of Nursing

*Job Title-* Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) *Shift- 7am - 4:30pm* *Contract -* 13 weeks (Possible Extension) *Pay rate *- $60/hr.
$62/hr.
*Guarantee *- 40hr.
*Location - Burlington, VT* *Days- 5 days in a week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thru, Fri)* *Responsibilities*: - Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff in a healthcare facility - Oversee the delivery of quality patient care and ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage - Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff - Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes - Stay updated on current healthcare trends and best practices in nursing administration *Qualifications*: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree preferred - Valid nursing license in the state of practice - Proven experience in nurse management or nursing administration - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems - Familiarity with Medicare regulations and guidelines - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and make critical decisions *Note:- If you have any query or questions you can ask me.
