*Duties:*
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
* Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
* Administer injections and perform other medical procedures as required
* Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in condition and response to treatment
* Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
*Qualifications:*
* Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in VT.
* Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical office or hospital
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
* Proficient in performing vital signs measurements and other basic nursing skills
* Ability to administer medications, including injections, accurately and safely
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.

Weekly schedule:
* 5x8
* Weekends as needed
Experience:
* LPN: 1 year (Required)
* Travel nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* BLS Certification (Required)
