The Population Health Services Organization (PHSO) is hiring a Program Manager to work with our UVM Health Advantage (UVMHA) product!
WHO WE ARE:
The University of Vermont Health Network (UVM Health Network) Population Health Services Organization (PHSO) is a physician and payer partnered operation that provides the right constellation of services including care management and care coordination, data and analytics, provider reporting, Quality, Risk Adjustment, and Value-based Contract Performance that enables the health network to successfully perform in High Value Care and Value-Base Contracts.
WORK LOCATION:
This position will require a weekly onsite presence at our offices in Bulington, VT.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Manager (UVMHA) works with the Network HVC Strategic Payer Partnerships & Assistant General Counsel of PHSO and the broader High Value Care team on the UVM Health Advantage co-branded Medicare Advantage product (UVMHA).
In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting and ensuring alignment of the broader High Value Care strategies with the UVMHA product while balancing the organizational capabilities and priorities.
The incumbent is accountable for facilitating and supporting UVMHA performance management.
The Program Manager (UVMHA) will be comfortable in a highly matrixed environment that crosses two (2) distinct organizations; UVMHN and MVP Health Care and many internal departments within UVMHN and across our Partner affiliate organizations.
The Program Manager (UVMHA) will synthesize strategies to support the day-to-day work required for meeting 90-day, quarterly and annual goals associated with the co-branded product and facilitate stakeholders for execution of tactics for meaningful progress in the co- created goals.
As the incumbent grows in this role, the Program Manager (UVMHA) will be identifying UVMHA performance opportunities and support implementation.
The Program Manager (UVMHA) will support projects that align with reform performance, working closely with the broader High Value Care team and others while navigating the ambiguity of the fast-paced health care reform environment.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in program management, healthcare or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
5-10 years’ experience in payer contracting, program management, payer relations or contract coordination required
