Looking To Form A Bluegrass Band (East Montpelier)

Hi All, I'm looking for musicians to form a bluegrass band with.
I play banjo and some guitar, and would be looking for a guitar, upright bass, fiddle, mandolin, and dobro player.
Influences are Tony Rice, Doc Watson, Bill Monroe, Bela Fleck, Earl Scruggs, Norman Blake, JD Crowe, Noam Pikelny, David Grisman, Jerry Garcia, Don Reno, and Del McCoury.
Just looking for a fun group of people to play music with, work up some tunes, and possibly play out here and there.
