female folk-rock singer (Essex Junction)

We're looking for a female lead singer for a folk-rock band to focus on British and Celtic folk-rock.
Mainstream covers will likely a part of the mix, too.

The ideal person can work both sides of the folk and rock divide.
She will enjoy both types of music and be able to hold her own in an electric band setting.
Instrumental ability, either lead (flute or fiddle?) or rhythm (guitar?) very helpful.
