I’m a singing drummer and guitar player with many years of stage experience looking for guitar, bass, and other players such as keys and fiddle.
I’ve been doing the casual, pick-up, half-assed thing for a while now and I’m itching to get back to playing in one, solid, professional band.
I know many, many songs in this genre (Cash, Nelson, Merle, and the new folks in this vein).
And by “know” them I mean I know them, and perform them, without having my face glued to a screen.
I love playing gigs, but I have a day job so ideally I’d like to play 2 - 4 gigs per month.
Gigs will be paid, from the typical $100/player for bar gigs to much more lucrative weddings and such.
No bs, no drama, just fun music played well by adults who know what they’re doing and aren’t rehearsing on stage.
Age and location aren’t important, especially if you can woodshed songs on your own.
Occasional rehearsals in Morrisville would be fun though.
Are you ready to lean into a no-nonsense band that does these tunes justice? This is
indeed one of those ads for a “band” that ain’t a band yet, but I’m ready to roll as soon as I find some likeminded players.
