Hey musicians! Justin from Waved Image here, I am currently the only guitarist in the band, and I am currently the only vocalist.
BUT! We are looking to change that a little.
We are seeking a rhythm guitarist and lead-vocalist.
We are mainly an original band, looking to keep it that way too.
We are 100% open to doing our own twist on a cover song, or two, or three.
Whatever the band thinks would be fun and compliment our original sound as a band.
I have a studio for recording in Burlington.
I am more than happy to share some recordings if you are interested in joining the band.
Our drummer has a rehearsal space in South Hero.
Where we would hope to get together to practice once a week as a band.
Our goal: Writers in the band will write songs, then bring them to the rehearsal space.
This is when we will build the songs as a band; any and all ideas are welcome in the band.
After we have built 3 songs as a band, we will try to schedule time in the studio at my house to record the songs.
After recording the guide track as a band, I will have members individually come in and record their tracks.
After all the recording is done, I will do the mixing.
I will share everyone's tracks with them to allow editing input during the mixing process, before mastering.
After we finished our first three songs as a band, I will use a music distribution company I work with to release the songs as singles (while we finish the LP and rehearse for shows) on all major music platforms, and indie platforms.
Then, I will promote the bleep out of them thru all of my networking avenues I have used for my solo project.
Then we gig! We have a 20 song set list currently.
As a band we will add to the list, and remove old songs from the list.
The Waved Image song list, ideally should be no less than a 25 song rotation for gigging in Vermont.
