New Alternative / Indie Project for 2024 (Burlington)

Hey folks, songwriter here hoping to start something / meet some new collaborators for 2024.
I’m mostly looking for folks in their 20s / early 30s who want to make music a big part of their lives rehearse, tour, and record a lot.
Folks who have experience collaborating and traveling as a group.
Mostly looking for a great drummer and bassist to start, but I would love to find another guitarist and someone to play keys.
Some influences - The Cure, Death Cab, The National, Petty, Garbage, Nirvana, Emma Ruth Rundle, PJ Harvey, Biffy Clyro, Bat For Lashes.
